This position entails working for BlueGrace Logistics onsite at one of our Enterprise Clients in Freeport, IL. This role will manage the freight shipping processes and functions as the customer’s dedicated transportation resource, linked to the Tampa customer support department. Responsibilities will include ensuring timely service for daily pickups, deliveries, and transfers and reporting these metrics to the customer. Further duties include managing customer, carrier and vendor phone calls, emails and in personal requests. This employee will utilize TMS systems for freight booking and tracking all freight movements.

Education and Experience:
1-5 years of Freight Transportation (LTL and TL) industry experience is required.
Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, technical procedures, or company memos.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in internet software, and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
