Job Summary

BlueGrace is a leader in providing logistics solutions to the transportation industry.  Sales Associates at BlueGrace will have the opportunity to learn the transportation industry in and out, beginning with an extensive 90-day onboard training process.  Training is focused on developing the skills necessary to recognize, quote and fulfill the commitments we make to our customers.  The curriculum includes:


  • An overview of the transportation industry
  • Proprietary software education via interactive tutorials
  • Carrier sourcing and negotiation
  • Portfolio development
  • Lead generation
  • Cold calling
  • Modal and equipment differentiation
  • Exposure to multiple sales channels


Upon completion of the training program, Sales Associates will have the skills to move into one of several customer facing or carrier procurement sales roles. Compensation package is very competitive with the ability to earn performance based commissions.
