    Sourcing & Recruiting

    • Develop strong relationships and partner with recruiting manager and hiring managers to understand job profiles, responsibilities, skills and target companies
    • Generate interest in our open positions through innovative sourcing strategies
    • Post active jobs on LinkedIn and Career Builder
    • Actively engage and post all open positions on BG Careers Twitter Page
    • Monitor, screen and qualify all incoming job applications
    • Hunt, source, and qualify passive job seekers through LinkedIn InMail messaging
    • Create and distribute candidate packets to hiring managers and executives
    • Perform such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, phone screening applicants, scheduling and conducting in office interviews, checking references, and evaluating applicant qualifications
    • Administer applicant skill assessment tests (Culture Index and Wonderlic) to ensure proper match for the job they are applying for
    • Provide in office candidates with a thorough tour of the BG corporate headquarters
    • Facilitate and lead candidates through the entire 5 stage recruitment process
    • Maintain activity and candidates in our Applicant Tracking System
    • Has “Everything is my job” attitude.
