    Responsibilities

     

    • Receives payments and posts amount paid to customer account.
    • Processes credit card payments and daily faxed check deposits.
    • Calculates franchise payment amounts and initiates franchise payments to corporate.
    • Processes daily remote deposit.
    • Maintains customer records and documentation.
    • Maintains positive customer relationships through constant communication and timely responses.
    • Creates and/or maintains files, documentation and procedures thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
    • Assists with special projects including annual audit and tax requests, as necessary.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

     

    • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred.
    • Six months to one- year related experience and/or training preferred.
    • Attention to detail is critical in this role and errors must be minimal and inconsequential.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must have excellent mathematical skills.
