Job Summary

Are you a hunter? This role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales to drive sales growth.  This individual will be a highly commission motivated, self-starter with a strong sales dynamic, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

 
Focused on high service level customers with unique capacity needs, both seasonal/spot and contractual programs. Our target prospects range from Fortune 500 companies shipping more than 1 million loads per year to the local construction company moving machinery from job site to job site. Our solutions are focused on building value for each individual customer through our modal expertise.
  • Temperature Control (Fresh Produce, Floral, Dairy, and Protein)
  • Open Deck (Building Products, Oversized / Over Dimensional Machinery)
  • Special Projects (Seasonal Harvests / Disaster Relief / Construction)

Requirements

  • 0 - 2 years sales experience - we can train you
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and other software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills over the phone
  • Ability to set and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
