This position requires ADP Workforce Now experience.

Payroll:
- Process full cycle US multi-state biweekly payroll for a population of 550+ (and growing) employees
- Maintain time and attendance records; enter new hires into the payroll system; processes changes in pay, tax status, etc.
- Be able to compute wages and overtime payments, calculate and record payroll deductions and PTO payouts and processes terminations
- Research, analyze and resolve payroll-related problems or questions
- Maintain employee records and the HRIS system (ADP WorkforceNow) and perform periodic data reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and Sales on variable compensation processing
- Coordinate and manage leaves and employee accommodations
- Conduct audits to ensure that payroll is processed in accordance with applicable approvals, policies, procedures, practices, reporting requirements, regulations, and laws
- Assist with special projects as needed
LMS:
- Works on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the LMS (WorkForceNow)
- Works with the HR and Sales Teams in building training programs/assessments through LMS and manage course versions across asset libraries
- Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements
- Provides troubleshooting assistance for users regarding logging in to the LMS and accessing courses
- Creates and updates resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development
- Manages course enrollment including progress tracking
- Manages community areas within the LMS including functionality, appearance, tabs, and settings
- Acquires and maintains knowledge of current technology as it applies to LMS software and systems
User Management:
- Creates user logins as needed and assigns user permissions
- Creates and manages user structures including the creation of user groups and learning plans
- Manages course enrollment including progress tracking
Course Management:
- Publishes and archives online or blended learning solutions, assigns training curricula, and adds and deletes resources
- Populates course information and assigns learners
- Develops and updates standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information; generates standard and custom reports
- Analyzes reporting data and recommends strategic direction to HR, technical managers, or others, as appropriate
- Creates and manages the overall course structure and sets up course programs based on specifications from the business
- Manages tracking of course revisions and history
- Builds online assessments and evaluations in LMS for courses
- Works with the instructional designers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate degree and any combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the position required.
- 3-5 years of experience processing high-volume payrolls (500 + headcount) – US multi-state and California payroll.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state payroll requirements, labor regulations, and benefits and wage and hour laws.
- Familiarity with COBRA and ERISA regulations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll-related auditing practices and procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of LMS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an LMS administrator or in similar position
- Familiarity with course design and development
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ability to gain new technical skills quickly
- Customer service skills, responsive attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in layman’s terms
- ADP WorkForce Now experience strongly required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient skills using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

- High integrity and an ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
