Skilled in utilizing platforms like iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter, you excel in streamlining the recruitment process and building talent pipelines. ADP WorkForce Now experience is a big plus. With advanced English proficiency, you effectively communicate with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.


This role reports to the Chief People Officer. Your proactive nature and exceptional organizational skills allow you to manage multiple projects effortlessly, all while championing a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Always eager to stay ahead in the recruiting and HR fields, you continuously seek out the latest trends and best practices, making you a proactive and invaluable asset to any team.

What You'll Do

Recruiting – 80%

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs that ensure new hires integrate effectively into the MDS culture and understand our core values and operations
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

HR Operations – 20%

  • Assist department heads with disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Maintain/update all employment records
  • Prepare semi-monthly payroll
  • Compile company reports
  • Assist in maintaining HR records, including employee details, performance reviews, and compliance documents
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that contribute to a positive and productive work environment
  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including benefits administration and leave management
  • Create and maintain a compliance strategy
  • Be a lead driver of maintaining and improving company culture
  • Nurture a positive working environment and culture.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding
  • Excellent knowledge of Mexican Labor Laws
  • Familiarity with HR software (ADP WorkForce Now a big plus), iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to contribute to the team's success
