This role is responsible for architecting and implementing new changes in and administering on a day-to-day basis SalesForce. In addition to this, communicating with stakeholders and managing reporting on implementation projects is a prerequisite.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Administration of SalesForce for the organization.
· Defining, architecting and implementing new solutions in SalesForce.
· Managing projects, and backlogs associated with SalesForce projects.
· Working and communicating with SalesForce users/stakeholders across the business to define and act on new solutions.
· Working in Agile/Scrum Methodology.
· Leveraging systems used in product development (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc...) to facilitate tracking.
· Work with the variety teams in software development to facilitate meetings to discuss issues, ideas, obstacles etc
· Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications:
· SalesForce Qualifications including but not limited to “SalesForce Admin”, “SalesForce Platform Developer”, and “SalesForce App Developer”
· General understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
· Experience working within an Agile/Scrum-like workflow.
· 3+ years of SalesForce development.
· 5+ years of project management experience.
· Engineering or product design background a strong plus.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
· Approaches others in a tactful manner.
· Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
· Strong sense of ownership and willing to see a solution to a problem through from start to finish.
