The Outside Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities across multiple transportation modes. This role combines consultative selling with data-driven problem solving to create customized logistics solutions for shippers.

What you'll do:
- Prospect and Develop New Business: Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Conduct Consultative Sales Presentations: Meet with decision-makers to analyze supply chain challenges and present solutions.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Develop pricing proposals, manage contract negotiations, and close profitable business.
- Collaborate with Operations Teams: Partner with carrier relations, account management, and customer success teams.
- Achieve or Exceed Sales Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and margin goals.
- Represent the Brand Professionally: Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and community engagements.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years’ outside sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a high sense of accountability and urgency
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
