Job Summary

Position Overview

This role supports the full life cycle recruitment process for BlueGrace Logistics, with a primary focus on sales recruiting and campus hiring initiatives. It's an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with relevant internship experience or someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to grow within a fast-paced logistics environment.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports the full recruiting life cycle from sourcing candidates through onboarding new hires, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers.
  • Builds relationships with hiring managers to understand job profiles, required skills, and ideal candidate backgrounds.
  • Posts open positions across job boards and screens applications to assess qualifications and competencies.
  • Conducts phone screens to qualify incoming applicants for sales and support roles.
  • Sources candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a strong pipeline.
  • Engages passive candidates by effectively communicating BlueGrace's employer brand and business story.
  • Maintains accurate candidate records within the ATS, including notes, status updates, and profile details.
  • Provides on-site candidates with a tour of BG's corporate headquarters and guides them through the interview process.
  • Coordinates follow-up between hiring managers and candidates, helping to keep the process moving on schedule.
  • Ensures all pre-offer requirements are completed, including applications, screening questions, and background checks.
  • Assists with reviewing offer details with candidates and routing any questions or negotiations to the appropriate team member.
  • Participates in campus recruiting events as a BlueGrace brand ambassador, including university career fairs and on-campus interviews; travel of up to 25% is required, primarily during peak campus recruiting seasons (fall/spring).
  • Assists with new hire onboarding, including paperwork, desk setup, systems access, and new hire swag.

Qualifications

  • Up to 1 year of recruiting, sales, or relevant internship experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Genuine interest in talent acquisition and building a career in recruiting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear, professional communicator — both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with behavioral-based interviewing techniques a plus; training will be provided.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for campus recruiting events (Jan-Feb & Sept-Oct)
