Are you energized by connecting with people, building relationships on campus, and matching top talent with exciting career opportunities? We’re looking for a driven, people-first Campus Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This is an entry-level role built for someone who is ready to hit the ground running—sourcing, engaging, and converting early-career sales talent through campus initiatives, digital platforms, and high-energy recruiting events.
You’ll be the face of our brand at colleges and universities, owning the full-cycle campus recruiting experience from sourcing to offer. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love a great event, and know how to find a diamond in the rough on LinkedIn, this role is for you.
Please note that this is an on-site position in our Riverview, FL office.
What You’ll Do:
Campus Sourcing & Outreach
- Build and manage a pipeline of early-career sales candidates through targeted campus recruiting initiatives including career fairs, on-campus interviews, and university partnerships.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to proactively identify, engage, and nurture prospective candidates. Campus Recruiting is a part of our hiring strategy, but not the only place you’ll source talent from.
- Develop and maintain relationships with career services offices, faculty, student organizations, and campus ambassadors.
- Source diverse talent across multiple channels including campus events, social media, job boards, and referral networks.
Sales Talent Identification
- Screen and assess candidates for early-career sales roles, evaluating for competitiveness, communication skills, coachability, and drive.
- Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews, providing thoughtful candidate summaries to hiring managers.
- Maintain an organized applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely follow-up with all candidates.
- Collaborate with sales and talent acquisition leadership to understand hiring needs, team culture, and role requirements.
Full-Cycle Candidate Management
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for campus and early-career sales roles — from initial sourcing through day-one onboarding — ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience at every stage.
- Conduct thorough phone screens to evaluate candidates’ fit, motivation, and sales potential, then deliver clear and timely feedback to hiring managers to keep the process moving.
- Manage candidates through the full interview process — scheduling interviews, prepping candidates on what to expect, coordinating feedback loops, and proactively addressing concerns to keep top talent engaged and excited.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to extend offers, guide candidates through the decision process, and secure acceptances.
- Stay connected with accepted candidates through the pre-boarding period — sharing company updates, answering questions, and building excitement — to reduce fall-off and set new hires up for a strong start.
- Serve as the welcoming face of the company on day one — greeting new hires, supporting onboarding coordination, and ensuring every new team member feels set up for success from the moment they walk in the door.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Up to one year of professional experience. Whether through internships, part-time roles, or student leadership positions—you’ve operated in a professional setting and know how to get things done.
- Bonus Background: Recruiting or chapter leadership experience a plus. Experience recruiting members for a sorority, fraternity, or other campus organization demonstrates the hustle, relationship-building, and persuasion skills we love to see.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
- People Skills: Strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport quickly and represent a brand authentically.
- Detail-Oriented: Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple open requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Travel Ready: Willing and able to travel up to 25% during peak campus recruiting seasons.
