What You’ll Do

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound sales
  • Build, manage, and expand a book of business while strengthening existing customer relationships
  • Serve as a consultative partner, diagnosing customer challenges and delivering customized logistics solutions
  • Sell across multiple modes: LTL, Truckload, Parcel, and Managed Logistics
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements to maximize profitability for both customers and BlueGrace
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, and carrier teams to ensure seamless implementation and service excellence
  • Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to uncover new growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of transportation or logistics sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and building long-term client relationships
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and deliver tailored solutions
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and driven by performance-based compensation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Willingness to work on-site, full-time in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
