This role is responsible for compiling and maintaining Accounts Payable records in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include processing vendor and carrier invoices and payments in an accurate and timely manner.   Duties and responsibilities: - Creates and maintains vendor files. - Analyzes and records vendor invoices and invoice credits upon receipt of notices. - Prepares weekly COGS spreadsheets for carrier payables. - Processes vendor and carrier payments. - Contacts carriers to research invoice discrepancies. - Maintains positive vendor/carrier relationships through constant communication and timely responses. - Creates and/or maintains files, documentation and procedures thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. - Assists with special projects including annual audit and tax requests, as necessary. - Other duties may be assigned as needed   Qualifications: - Associates degree (A. The Payment Resolutions Associate is responsible for locating and notifying customers with delinquent accounts and attempting to secure payment. Payment Resolutions is also in constant contact with sales representatives to ensure recovery of funds and give status updates regarding the state of their accounts.
