This role is primarily responsible for the successful onboarding of new clients, focused with North American transportation Management. This person will oversee all facets of implementation including but not limited to initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring of task completion, and holding stakeholders accountable as well as develop processes, introduce new systems and programs to the client. This individual must excel at a high level with communication of multiple parties, stakeholders, tasks, and deadlines.

The role is responsible to be the voice of the Managed Logistics customer within BlueGrace.  The primary focus is to understand why the customer is doing business with BG, where they see value in BG, and how the customer measures our performance.  This role works collaboratively with the operations managers but owns the account within BlueGrace. This is a role of managing accounts and not managing people.    Duties and responsibilities: 

We are seeking an in office Operations Manager with strong LTL experience. This role is a data driven, detailed oriented, project focused position established to serve the customer. Success is predicated on a collaborative management style driven by critical thinking, strategy development and timely execution in a fast-paced work environment.
