BlueGrace Logistics is expanding our Sales team in Riverview, FL. We are seeking highly competitive, sales-oriented teammates to kick start a lucrative career in Logistics Sales.    The Sales Representative sources, qualifies, and engages companies who are aiming to outsource their transportation management. Research is conducted on domestic businesses with high shipment volume, multiple locations and/or technology integration needs. The Sales Rep will then follow internal selling campaigns to target accounts via cold calls, emails, and Internet marketing.   Responsibilities:  - Prospect and contact new customers to sell BlueGrace’s services - Evaluate prospect and customer supply chains using BlueGrace’s tools and technology - Present supply chain solutions to prospective and existing customers - Manage and directs customer interaction while using discretion and judgment to ensure customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for the daily operations of Managed Logistics customers. This role will work closely with the Operations Manager and Director of Performance in a timely, proactive manner that exceeds the customer’s expectations. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.    Duties and responsibilities: - Answering inquiries from carriers, clients, and/or customers - Mode Optimization - Investigation and resolution of issues submitted by customers, carriers and/or suppliers - Acting as a liaison between operations, carriers, and customers - Daily interaction with internal staff, carriers, and customer personnel is required - Prioritize workload based on collaboration with Operations Manager and EPD - Savings identification - Documentation of issues (carrier, supplier, customer) - Relationship building with customer contacts, carriers and suppliers - Creation of standard work instructions (SWI) and process improvement identification - Practice continuous business improvements by reviewing procedures and work habits; Implement steps to lower cost while increasing performance   Qualifications: - Degree in Logistics or related field and/or 1-2 years’ experience in logistics, transportation or related field - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is preferred - Effectively express ideas orally or in writing as required to perform the job and ability to proactively communicate with individuals at all levels - Work collaboratively with members of his/her team and establish/maintain effective working relationships when dealing with managers, supervisors, or co-workers - Ability to think outside the box and look for solutions - Must have a demonstrated ability in process improvement *NO AGENCIES PLEASE

In addition, this position provides a development opportunity for a successful individual with the aspiration to move into a senior sales position within BlueGrace Logistics.   Duties and responsibilities: - Initiate outbound prospecting, qualifying, and contact verification for BlueGrace Logistics - Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email to introduce BlueGrace Logistics services to prospecting and existing customers - Submit qualified leads in CRM - Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and follow-up communications - Consistently attain and exceed monthly sales quotas - Use BlueGrace Logistics trained sales techniques, process, and pipeline milestones to manage sales - Utilize our CRM for contact management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management - Identify appropriate buyers within the target market - Provide feedback to help identify prospects’ pain points to help determine how the BlueGrace Logistics solution will speak to those needs - Other duties as requested and/or determined Qualifications: - 3PL or minimum of 2 years industry sales experience - Proficiency with MS Office suite and other software applications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong presentation skills over the phone - Ability to set and manage multiple priorities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - 1-2 years of successful sales experience - Good analytical skills - Strong project management/organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail - Ability to build team unity, working with cross-functional and diverse groups
