Operations Representatives are responsible for managing and executing our customer accounts by handling our day to day operations and developing relationships with our customer contacts. Operation Reps are responsible for executing and maintaining the KPIs that our customers require while working with internal teams to ensure a high level of service. They are responsible for managing exceptions, resolving issues, managing our load board, building and schedule orders.  These individuals should understand the value of delivering high quality customer service both internally and externally. They should be entrepreneurial, organized, confident, and a team player.

This role is primarily responsible for the successful onboarding of new clients, focused with North American transportation Management. This person will oversee all facets of implementation including but not limited to initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring of task completion, and holding stakeholders accountable as well as develop processes, introduce new systems and programs to the client. This individual must excel at a high level with communication of multiple parties, stakeholders, tasks, and deadlines.

The Payment Resolutions Associate is responsible for locating and notifying customers with delinquent accounts and attempting to secure payment. Payment Resolutions is also in constant contact with sales representatives to ensure recovery of funds and give status updates regarding the state of their accounts. This position assists customer with their understanding of invoices and researches short paid invoices.   Duties and responsibilities:
