The Government Services Capacity Rep is the truckload procurement owner for BlueGrace's government freight, including USPS. This role keeps every open load covered, recovers freight when a carrier fails on service, and builds the dedicated carrier capacity that contract lanes depend on. It also supports tracking and service updates on in-transit trips. In an environment where reliability and compliance are contractual obligations, the ideal candidate is resourceful, relationship-driven, and calm under pressure.
