The role is responsible to be the voice of the Managed Logistics customer within BlueGrace.  The primary focus is to understand why the customer is doing business with BG, where they see value in BG, and how the customer measures our performance.  This role works collaboratively with the operations managers but owns the account within BlueGrace.
