This role is responsible for compiling and maintaining Accounts Payable records in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include processing vendor and carrier invoices and payments in an accurate and timely manner.   Duties and responsibilities: - Creates and maintains vendor files. - Analyzes and records vendor invoices and invoice credits upon receipt of notices. - Prepares weekly COGS spreadsheets for carrier payables. - Processes vendor and carrier payments. - Contacts carriers to research invoice discrepancies. - Maintains positive vendor/carrier relationships through constant communication and timely responses. - Creates and/or maintains files, documentation and procedures thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. - Assists with special projects including annual audit and tax requests, as necessary. - Other duties may be assigned as needed   Qualifications: - Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred. - Six months to one-year related experience and/or training preferred. - Attention to detail is critical in this role and errors must be minimal and inconsequential. - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Must have excellent mathematical skills.

This role pays $14 an hour but is a 45 hour work week (5 hours of overtime) Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM. The Maintenance Associate is responsible for general janitorial and custodial duties including but not limited to maintaining cleanliness and stocking of supplies utilized by the Company.   Duties and responsibilities:  - Vacuuming and mopping floors, sweeping out door porches, blowing out leaves, cleaning windows inside and out - Cleaning and stocking break rooms and restrooms, including emptying garbage cans/recycling where applicable - Cleaning Executive Offices and emptying desks, lobby and generally tidying up all areas of the office in general - Moving office supplies, packages and furniture as needed, for cleaning up after renovation projects, spills, etc. - Assisting the Maintenance Manager making minor repairs in areas of plumbing, lighting and carpentry - Tasked with apprising Manager of any maintenance issues or potential hazards or situations needing immediate attention - Other duties may be assigned as needed Qualifications: - High School education preferred - 1 to 2 years of similar experience preferred - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. - Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The Senior Risk Management Specialist reports directly to the General Counsel to assess and identify the potential risks that may hinder the reputation, safety, security and financial prosperity of BlueGrace through proper truckload motor carrier selection.  Once these risks have been identified, assessed and evaluated, the Senior Risk Management Specialist is then tasked with assisting the General Counsel and Legal/Risk team to implement processes and procedures to ensure that BlueGrace is fully prepared to deal with any potential threats.   Duties and Responsibilities: - Educates BlueGrace employees on desirable and required qualifications for truckload motor carrier candidates - Assists in the review of contract revisions suggested from new truckload motor carriers - Responsible for leading all compliance /truckload motor carrier selection strategic decisions under potentially negative circumstances - Directs the critical requirements and processes for proper truckload motor carrier updating and on-boarding - Leads and manages all incoming truckload motor carrier documentation and update systems accordingly  - Leads the Identification process and analysis of compliance and risk trends to formulate appropriate risk management strategies regarding truckload motor carrier selection - Leads and delegates issue escalations from customers, truckload motor carriers, vendors, and internal cross departments - Oversees the electronic system compliance in providing quality and compliance oversight for the computer system validation and the electronic records and truckload motor carrier selection - Work closely with the General Counsel to prioritize business and information needs - Manages a culture that supports intra-organizational relationships throughout the organization Qualifications:   - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and transportation experience - Experience using TMS and CRM - Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Excel software application - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong presentation skills over the phone, through written communication, and in person

The primary focus of the Claims Analyst is to execute the filing, reconciliation and closure of all freight claims.   Duties and responsibilities:  - Review submitted claims paperwork for accuracy - Assist carrier partner and/or customer service with investigation to decide whether a carrier claim exists - File all claims using the EZ Claims software - Update EZ claims with current claims status - Receive checks from carriers, and requests customer payments from the A/P team - Review carrier claims denials to ensure accuracy and escalates as needed - Understand NMFC, limits of liability and carrier rules tariffs - Negotiate with carriers as needed to resolve claims and obtain the best possible result for our customer - Set up new customers with a filing template, and weekly reporting to their specific requirements - Provide claim resolution details to management, customer service, and finance/accounting   Qualifications:  - Bachelor's degree in supply chain and/or finance field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred - 3-5 years operational logistics preferred - 3-5 years claims OS&D experience required - Strong communication skills, professional demeanor on phone calls and in emails to a wide variety of professionals at all levels - Must have excellent PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred - Goal oriented, always willing to seek knowledge and improve upon skills in order to drive new ideas - Ability to work independently, be highly motivated and be self-starter - Possess a positive and persistent attitude required to build relationships and gain cooperation from various departments and external partners NO AGENCIES PLEASE
